My most interesting iPad/iPhone app at the moment is Prizmo ($6:49). You use the iPad camera to take a photo of text. It turns it into editable text (and it can translate) and then reads it to you. Great if you find reading a challenge. Explanatory video here.

My preferred way to quickly get images on line from my laptop is to use Droplr available for free in the app store. It puts an icon on the top bar next to where Dropbox is. You just drag your photo onto the icon and it uploads and copies the URL to your clipboard ready for you.

Relectionapp ($20-but with a free for a time trial version) is great in that it lets you mirror your iPad onto your laptop wirelessly. Great for sharing your iPad on to the whiteboard without cords! Then use Quicktime to record your laptop screen and easily make

iPad/lesson tutorials. Video of Reflection being used to share an app.

When you don't need everyone to see all your toolbars in CHROME go VIEW and look for PRESENTATION MODE http://d.pr/i/GuNZ
