Evernote is a popular app for iPad which syncs nicely with your other devices including your Mac Book. However, currently it doesn't allow for multiple accounts, so Evernote Switcher is brilliant for easy switching between accounts on your Mac Book or iMac.

One of the most exciting things about iOS5 is the ability for the iPad screen to be mirrored wirelessly on your data projector or LCD screen using Apple TV.
You can connect to a VGA projector using a HDMI - VGA convertor (available from JayCar Electronics).
