Sound

• I can explain that sound travels from a vibrating source, through a medium, and to a receiver.

Module Overview:

During this module students will discover sound by experimenting with making codes, vibration stations and playing instruments. Students will learn about what creates sound, what receives sound, sound discrimination and the properties of sound. This unit has a mixture of hands-on activities, readings, writings and vocabulary work. These will all help students have a better understanding of sound.
