We will begin our year with multiplication and division. It is important for students to be practicing their facts and to know all of their facts. I will be sending home flashcards to help assist with practice at home. This will be very beneficial for them later in the year when we apply this knowledge to other areas in math.

Homework: You can expect homework to come home every night. During this first unit you will see more than one sheet come home. The only one that needs to be returned to work is the one that has a study plan on it. The others are simply for practice at home.
