2. Renewable / Alternative Energy
Hydro Power.
Water power is considered Renewable but it is not a
true "alternative" energy.
To make the dam, we hold back massive amounts of water
behind it, creating an artificial lake called a reservoir.
This lake flooded forests under it, creating greenhouse
gases from the rotting vegetation. The dam also damages
the natural ecosystem of the river, stopping fish from moving
freely, washing away their spawning grounds, and affecting the
natural flow of the river.

"clean" or "green energy".
