NYU Reprographics - the University’s printing services unit moved into the Campus Services portfolio in FY18.

After conducting a business analysis this year, we discovered that NYU Departments spent over $1.8 million on printing at non-NYU vendors. NYU Reprographics is a full-service printing agency and can manage these jobs in-house. Campus Services is working with University departments and schools to bring printing, currently sent to off-campus vendors, back in-house to NYU Reprographics. I am asking for your help, to encourage your colleagues to use NYU’s in-house services for course packs and printing and reach our goal of recapturing $500,000 (almost 30%) in FY19. Benefits to selecting NYU Reprographics over outside vendors include:
