I to J: The East Coast

Highlights of our week on the East Coast:- A fabulous birthday party hosted by Max's sister in DC in honor of Max's 30th and their dad's 80th (a combined 110th)- Being able to spend some quality (and quantity time) with Max's family in DC- Taking the train to Baltimore and finding almost all of our friends within 12 hours of arrival (and stopping back through on our way to New York and watching our friend Tee's roller hockey team take the division gold medal!)- Visiting with Max's grandmother in New York at her new apartment building and seeing how happy she seems with her new digs (and fabulous views of the NY skyline)- Spending time with our friends in Brooklyn, even if only for an evening and morning. Experiencing Prospect Park for the first time - how have we missed that for so long?- Attending the wedding of good friends at a gorgeous garden party on the Connecticut seashore!
