Mission:

The mission of the Chamber is to promote, support and improve the business and economic climate within its service area, to enrich the lives of its citizenry, and to encourage a stronger sense of community. In addition to marketing and promoting local business, the Chamber sponsors local events (e.g. Whale Festivals and Fourth of July parade), promotes Mendocino county as a location for filming, coordinates, networking opportunities, provides referrals and answers visitors inquiries in the office and through mail.

Awards:

Two awards per year in the amount of $500 (one to Fort Bragg HS senior and one for Mendocino HS senior) upon verification of registration in 12+ units during the Fall semester/quarter. Students interested in business and business related fields are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferences will be given to students who have demonstrated a desire and commitment in support of the Chambers mission.
