Neighbourhood Watch Information Session

Several residents from the Legacy community are taking initiative to start a Neighbourhood Watch function in Legacy. While a Neighbourhood Watch program will be separate and independent from the Legacy Community Ratepayers Association, the LCRA is pleased to provide promotional support. Thank you to everyone who has expressed an interest in Neighbourhood Watch for the Legacy community. We have finalized all the details and we will be holding an information session on Monday November 10th. The folks at the Markham Green Golf Course have generously opened their Clubhouse to us free of charge. Doors will open at 6:45pm with the meeting beginning at 7:00pm. Police Constable Imtiaz Manjra of the York Regional Police Crime Prevention Unit will have two presentations to share. The first presentation will be an introduction to the Neighbourhood Watch program and the second will relate to home safety. During this time you will have an opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns you may have with regards to our community. Although beverages will be available for purchase throughout the night, the kitchen will be closed for the evening.
