The LCRA AGM is a members-only event, where you must be a paid member of the LCRA for 2018 to attend the meeting. Between meetings, we will clear the room and ask participants interested in staying for the AGM to confirm or pay their membership to continue particiation in the evening festivities. Please note that child-minding will be available for both events! Please feel free to bring your children along, where they will be entertained and supervised outside the main meeting space of the community centre.

Becoming a member or renewing your membership is easy. You can take care of your membership in advance at www.legacynet.ca or at the AGM. Annual membership is $20 per household. You can pay online as part of the registration process (via PayPal or credit card) or bring $20 cash to the AGM. Please remember that your annual membership dues will pay you back all year long – tickets for use at our Summer Festival, meal vouchers at our annual Corn Roast and map registration in our annual garage sale. (Please note that our membership year renews on March 31 of each year.)

NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH MEETING DETAILS:

The LCRA supported a safety meeting last year to build interest in setting up Neighbourhood Watch in Legacy. The Neighbourhood Watch meeting will continue the campaign, with local residents and representatives from York Regional Police on hand to provide more information about the program and to look for further support from our community.

The AGM is a great opportunity to show your support for the LCRA and to help set us up for a fantastic 2018! We hope to see you there!
