Legacy's Fourth Annual Winter Charity Drive

Once again, the LCRA is supporting a wonderful initiative, coordinated by one of our Legacy families, to arrange for critical donations just in time for the holiday season. We are making it easy for you to look through your home, find items listed below, and drop them at a convenient location in Legacy for distribution to several local charities.

2 Juneberry Ave (near Legacy/Russell Jarvis)

WHEN? Drop Off Times and Dates:

Wednesday November 27, 5:00-9:00 PM

Thursday November 28, 5:00-9:00 PM

Saturday November 30, 10:00 AM -2:00 PM

Sunday December 1, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

WHAT? Critical Items Requested:

We won't turn down other important winter items, but these are the things our charities are desperately in need of:

Gently Used

Clothes and outerwear for all genders and ages, but most needed:

Men’s hoodies with zippers

Backpacks adult

Men’s waterproof winter boots

Men’s winter parkas with hoods

Men’s running shoes

Coffee mugs

Cereal bowls

Newly Purchased

Men’s boxers (not briefs)

Blue Door Shelter in Newmarket

The LCRA is proud to be leading the way into the holiday and winter season with our winter charity drive. At the dates/times/location above, our event coordinators will be collecting your gently used goods.

The LCRA thanks all the participants, in advance, in yet another community event sponsored by the LCRA – ‘By the Community for the Community’.
