Online Interactive Class Schedule

Dear Parents,

1. To join online class on google meet....

2. Please create a gmail ID with child name , class and section.

3. If the child is below 13 yrs of age, a gmail of the parent will be used to enter the session.

4. If you are using mobile, you need to download google meet app and login into Meet through an account with your child's name as mentioned in point no 2.

5. If you are on a laptop/ desktop, open your internet browser and copy the link received in the browser. You will be asked for your login details after which you will be admitted in the session.

6. This will be done only once per session for the day which will be for 1.5 hours. Then every time a link is sent, you will click on the link and the child will be admitted in the class.

7. The link will be sent 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. We will give a leeway of 5 minutes only for entry of the child in the class.

8. Any child who plays a mischief will be identified by the host and a warning will be given after the session. Coordinators and IT staff will be monitoring the sessions throughout.

Message for class 12

Dear Parents,

Hope you all are safe and healthy.

As the summer vacation is over we are going to resume the online classes from 1st July, 2020.

Important points to be noted:*

1. The same platform (Google meet) shall be used for taking the classes.

2. The timings for the classes will be from 10am -2.00pm from Monday to Saturday.

3. The link for the classes will be shared with the students at 9.45 am everyday.

4. Kindly keep a device with good internet connectivity available to you, for no interruption during the classes.

5.We request the parents to monitor and guide their wards during the online classes to ensure smooth conduct of the classes.

6. Please ensure that your ward attends the classes regularly and joins the classes on time.

7. As mentioned earlier 75% attendance is mandatory for your ward to appear in the final examination.

8. In case a student is unable to attend the class he or she should inform the respective Class teacher.
