YOGA Session in Jr. School

The students of Junior School were told about how Yoga helps everyone to maintain good physical as well as mental health health. The students also performed some basic asanas to have a feel of how yoga enhances the feeling of well being a short meditation as well as Pranayama session too was held with different groups of students to sensitize them to the concept of maintaining their kind of situations.
