Submission of fee (only in Cash / Draft in favour of “Laxman Public School – Fees A/c”) by parents / guardians of selected candidates in the first list of general / sibling / alumni categories.

The draw of lots was held on Wednesday, 02nd February 2022.

The First List & Waiting List will be available in the school website on Friday, 04th February 2022


SCHEDULE FOR DRAW OF LOTS

A draw of lots of the eligible candidates will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday, 02nd February 2022 in the school premises.

Please note that only ONE person per candidate will be allowed in the school premises for the draw of lots. It is mandatory to carry the registration slip in original.

As per government guidelines it is mandatory to wear a mask, without a mask entry will not be allowed.

Guidelines for filling in the Admission form

(Only online forms will be accepted)

  • Click the link mentioned below to open the online form.

  • Fill in the form as per Proforma given and guidelines mentioned in Annexure-l.

  • Click on the submit button to get the copy of the form on the screen.

  • Check all the entries and then take a printout of the form, paste photographs & attach documents as mentioned in the form as per Annexure-l.

  • Submit the duly filled in form along with the mentioned documents at the school counter from Wednesday, 15.12.2021 to Friday, 07.01.2022.

  • Incomplete form will not be accepted by the school.

  • Please write the full name wherever required and not abbreviations.

ANNEXURE - I

(A) LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE FILLEDIN ADMISSION FORM:-

1. Self-attested photocopy of the Birth certificate of the child.

2. Proof of Residence (any one)

  • Ration Card/ Smart Card issued in the name of the parents (mother/ father having name of the child).

  • Domicile certificate of the child or his / her parents

  • Voter Identity Card(EPIC) of any of the parents

  • Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone bill/ Water bill in the name of the parents (only last 3 months)

  • Passport in the name of any of the parents or the child.

  • Aadhar card/ UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents.

3. Proof of Sibling (real brother or sister)

  • Copy of fee bill of sibling from LPS

  • Copy of report card from LPS

4. Proof of Alumni

  • Copy of Class Xll pass certificate from LPS.

  • Copy of character certificate from LPS

5. Children of Staff

  • Details of employment

  • Position.

  • Date of appointment.

  • Years of service.

  • Copy of appointment letter / confirmation letter


(B) Instructions and procedure for filling in the Admission form

General Instructions

  • Please fill in this form very carefully as admission will be based on the entries of this form.

  • Kindly submit the duly completed form to Laxman Public School, office from Wednesday, 15th December, 2021 to Friday, 07th January 2022 latest by 1:00 pm. (Entry to the School through gate no 5.)

  • You are advised to keep a photocopy of the filled inform.

  • For any further communication with parents, the school will cite only the Registration Number to be given by the school at the time of submission of the form.

  • Children who complete 3 years as on 31/03/2022 and are less than 4 years will be eligible for admission to Preschool for the academic session 2022-23.

  • Relaxation of age as per DoE circular No. F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/4861-4871 dated 30/11/21. The age relaxation is applicable to those applicants whose age is 30 days less than 3 years (2 years 11 months) or exceeds by 30 days (4 years 1 month).The child must be born between 1st March, 2018 and 30th April, 2019 for Preschool admission.(For seeking this exemption manual application is required for the consideration)

  • The total number of seats available for admission to Preschool is 224 (Two hundred and twenty four) including 25% seats reserved for EWS/ Disadvantaged Group and CWSN Category (under RTE).

  • You are advised to fill in only one form to avoid cancellation.

  • The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency.
