Transcripts

If you graduated from D’Evelyn or any Jeffco school or a Jeffco school was the last school that you attended, you can request transcripts from Jefferson County at;

https://www.jeffcopublicschools.org/academics/student_records_transcripts

Current High School Students - How to Request Transcripts:

• Login to your Naviance account: username and password are your student ID number

• Under My Favorites click on Colleges I'm applying to (if you have added your colleges to the Colleges you are applying to)

• Check the box next to the schools you want transcripts sent to and click + request transcripts at the top

• Check the box for Initial and click the box Request and Finish

If you do not have any schools in the colleges I am applying to list please follow these steps:

• Go to colleges I'm thinking about

• Click on + Add Colleges to List

• Search schools you are applying to or are thinking about applying to

  • If you match your common app account with your Naviance account your schools will automatically be added to your application list

• Click the heart next to the schools you want to apply to

• Go back to your Colleges I'm thinking about

• Check the boxes next to the schools you are going to be applying to or have already applied to

• Then click on Move to Application List

• Then follow the steps listed above by going to your colleges I'm applying to
