Volunteers

We love having volunteers in our building but we need to do some paperwork first. 

• • Please complete a volunteer background check form (found below) 

  • Return the form with payment to the school office

    • Currently the cost is $15.00

    • Checks should be made payable to: Montana Criminal Records & Identification Services 

  • Processing time is 4-6 weeks 

Visit our School

We appreciate your time spent in our building. When you check in at the front office, be sure to sign in and receive a visitor's badge.

Breakfast & Lunch Visitors

If you would like to join us for breakfast, you do not need to notify us in advance. 

Lunch time visits require notification prior to 8:30 a.m. the day you would like to attend. Please email lunch@elysianschool.org with the following information:

• which grade lunch you'll be attending,

• how many guests (do not include your student) 

• if you are bringing lunch or want hot lunch 

Seating is the major issue and we need to make sure there is a spot available. 

Attention 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade Parents: We are currently at capacity for these grade levels which means seating in our commons may be unavailable. You may join your child for lunch which could be in an alternate setting.

Your Child's Afternoon Plans

If you would like to modify your child's plans for after school, you must contact the office by 2 pm to ensure the messages can be communicated by the end of the day.
