New Student Registration

New Student Registration for the fall is open!

RESIDENTS

If you are in our district please download the New Student Enrollment form below, complete if on your device and email it to our office along with the item(s) below for proof of  in district address:

1. Fully signed rental agreement or purchase agreement (buy/sell) 

2. Montana driver's license with address matching address on enrollment form. 

The enrollment form is a typable PDF. It can be completed electronically or printed and completed manually. Adobe is the preferred app to complete the form. If you are unable to complete the form digitally, you can download and complete by hand. 

HOMELESS

If you are homeless and in our district, please complete the enrollment form and contact the school office for details on how to verify your current in district night time address. 

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

In addition to the enrollment form, please complete the elective class form below for all new Middle School students (grades 6-8).

NON-RESIDENTS


We are currently accepting non-resident student applications. 


Download complete the FP-14.1 Non-Resident Application form found below and return to the school office in person or via email:
nonresident-registration@elysianschool.org


Please indicate what grade your child will be enrolling in, if accepted. 


The Elysian School Board will review all non-resident student applications on August 1st for approval for the upcoming school year. Please refer to District policy 3141 for additional information on enrollment. 


Current Non-Resident Student families: remember you must reapply each school year. The District will contact you at the address on file in PowerSchool in the spring with the necessary paperwork.

Attention Residents of the HHPM Apartments & March Madness Patio Home Apartments on the west side of South 44th Street West. Our district boundary is South 44th Street West. Please contact Elder Grove School for enrollment of your child(ren). 

Attention both resident and non-resident families

If you are caring for a child that is not your own, the educational authorization affidavit is required if you don't have legal guardianship paperwork. 

Kindergarten Families

The enrollment process can be overwhelming to new families, especially if your kindergartener is your oldest. To help with timing know that when you turn in your registration form, a staff member will be in touch sometime right before summer break with information about Kinder Roundup. Kinder Roundup is an opportunity to meet the teacher & have a quick screening for your child in August. 

Please bring proof of address, birth certificate and immunizations to the Roundup, if you haven't already turned them in with the registration form.
