ELACC8W1: Write arguments to support claims with clear reasons and relevant evidence; and ELACC8W2: Write informative/explanatory texts to examine a topic and convey ideas, concepts, and information through the selection, organization, and analysis of relevant content.
Science: S7L4. Students will examine the dependence of organisms on one another and their environments. (Living things compete for resources.)
