Cougar Salsa, student business

Combining our love for nature and entrepreneurship, we've decided to grow and sell a product. The students voted and chose to make Salsa Fresca! (Pico de Gallo)!

Our first batch 7/8/2015:

We were inspired by a visit from the Pesto Ladies of UGA who make Aqua Pesto from their aquaponics machine. Here is a photo of their visit to Coile in December 2014.

Through the generosity of Real Ledge and UGA's Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources we just received our own aquaponics system!
