Laser cutting

Laser cut workflow:

1. First things first: make sure the document properties in your inkscape file is congruent with the laser cutter dimensions

2. Save the file as a pdf and either save it to your drive or USB

3. Turn on the exhaust fan and the blower

4. Power on the laser cutter

5. When you download the file, before you print, it gives you the option to change the settings

a. go to properties

b. change power to 100

c. change speed to 10

d. change frequency to 10

e. make sure color mapping box is unchecked

f. check the vector graphic box

6. place cardboard in upper left hand corner

7. press ok then print on the computer

8. go to the laser cutter and you should see that your print is the job selected, then press "go"!
