Notes: Shown this location by Birgitta Persson and Jeanne Thomas Larsson on the really wet day of our Wallandertour. Went back on my own the next day in much better weather.

Scene 17

1. Kurt arrives at the scene.

1a. Not much has changed in the meantime (other than my camera angle).

2. Magnus is there, too.

2a. This is a public area, so a few people crept into shot.

3. Lots of people know where this distinctive tree is located.

3a. I'm very happy to say I'm one of them.

4. All those exposed roots are very distinctive.

4a. The roots were covered by lots of loose branches on this day.

5. Magnus, Vanja and Kurt know.
