Notes: These scenes were shot at an old automobile repair and maintenance shop from 1928 in Hammenhög village. Part of the building had served as a flower shop when Henning Mankell wrote THE FIFTH WOMAN and, since a murder victim is a flower shop owner, it was convenient to shoot in the then abandoned building.

Notes: In 2012 the shop had been re-opened as per images below.

Notes: In 2015 the shop now appears to be being used to live in.

Scene 10

1. Kurt arrives at the scene of what he thinks is a run-of-the-mill burglary. (Is there any significance to the man in the wheelchair out side the shop - middle left?)

3a. Not a soul here as this shop is shut.

4. There is blood on the floor of the basement.

5. And fishtanks full of orchids.

6. Nothing has been stolen, but the shop owner is missing. Kurt heads upstairs.
