SYNOPSIS

A taxi driver is brutally murdered by two young girls who seem to have no real motive for their actions. Elsewhere a man dies of a heart attack in the middle of Ystad's main square. An open and shut case - until his body is stolen from the mortuary during a power cut which blocks out most of the town. When these two seemingly separate cases connect, they lead to one conspiracy that stretches far beyond the border of Sweden, as anarchistic terrorists threaten to bring chaos and destruction to the developed world.
