Tonight he rubbed his famous Chateau Briand, this plate times 4, for his dear friends of the Eagle Mountain Classic Boat Club, especially Paul Ruhl and John Kolb in preparation for a party at Paul's beautiful lake home Saturday night in honor of the EMCBC boaters and fan participants of the boat Parade of Lights, Eagle Mountain Lake. He follows the receipe and anyone can do this. Quality beef loin, fat trimmed, first braised as a roast, simmered in Rosemary and wine, dressed with a delicious red pepper gravy.
