Asian Marinade for Chicken

1 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup sesame oil

3/4 cup soy sauce (Kikkoman)

1/3 cup minced garlic

4 tablespoons minced ginger

2/3 cup minced cilantro

5-6 green onions

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Put the onions, ginger and cilantro in the food processor and pulse till chopped fine. Combine all and marinate the chicken breasts, up to 24 hours, but at least 1 hour if you can. I have also put marinade in a freezer bag with the chicken and froze it.
