February 26, 2020 - Birds and Snakes of Arkansas

The Artistic Design of the month (top left) was created by Mary O'Brien and will be placed in the Bella Vista Library for the month of March.

Steve Dunlap (right), Arkansas Fish and Game Commission gave an informative talk on the Birds and Snakes of Arkansas.

Tony LiCausi (bottom left) gave a talk on Lawn Care.

Raffle items were awarded to happy winners (center).

January 22, 2020 - Gardens of England

Beth Kastl (left) and Geri Hoerner (right) gave a fascinating program on Gardens in England featuring photos from their May 2019 trip.

Great Raffle Items were won by three happy Garden Club members.


October 23, 2019 - Scholarships

Representatives and students from the Depart. of Horticulture at the University of Arkansas were introduced. Department Head Dr. McKay thanked the BVGC members for their continuing generosity in granting the BVGC Dorothy Wallace Scholarships to university horticulture students.

The two student recipients who received $4,000 each, Thomas McKeown (right) and Joshua Tebow (left), also thanked the club and spoke about their studies and related activities as they work toward their degrees.
