Tiger Academy seeks out highly qualified individuals for staffing needs. We contracted a Temp Agency to help fulfill short term needs. During the screening process we observe candidate abilities and assess if these members would be highly qualified assets to our school community. We also use electronic applications for other hiring needs. We analyze the applicants and look for those who are certified and qualified for each position. We then invite them to interview with several leadership team members, tour the school, and discuss if Tiger is an appropriate fit.
