Leaders implement operational processes and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness in support of teaching and learning.

Overview

Tiger Academy leadership collects multiple points of data at multiple times during the year that help to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the school. These data points are used to make decisions in regard to curriculum, instruction, culture, leadership, professional development and general operating standards. The 3 year strategic plan is an example of the use of data to inform the operational processes and procedures at the school.

Tiger Academy does the following annually: creates and publishes a teacher and student handbook; creates and publishes a board of directors handbook; writes a school improvement plan; creates and shares an annual budget; sends home a parent school culture survey; and has teachers complete a school culture survey.

There are also documents that are created as needed. During COVID-19, there were multiple data points collected and reports created to help with the closing and reopening of the school. We collected multiple stakeholder’s feedback to help us determine our next steps as we navigated the pandemic.
