Overview
The Tiger Academy governing board has a code of ethics which are included in the board handbook. The decisions made by the governing board reflect the agreed upon code of ethics as well as in the board bylaws. Board members have clearly defined roles and responsibilities. These are outlined in their board contracts as well as in the documents that include the responsibilities of each board sub committee. Minutes are kept for each board meeting and final minutes from the previous meeting are approved at the beginning of each board meeting. Sample meeting agendas and minutes are included in the domain documents.
