Tiger Academy uses the Florida Consortium of Public Charter Schools evaluation tool. Staff and administrators each have a set of tools for professional growth and feedback. All teachers are formally evaluated one time a year and newer teachers are evaluated multiple times a year. Regardless of experience, all staff participate in coaching and individualized professional development, designed to improve professional practice and student performance. Teacher coaching cycles, data and evaluations are all used to help determine the professional development needs of the teachers. These data are used to drive the school-wide focus for professional growth.
