Start of Semester Thoughts
How would you compare ceramics with other forms of art (differences, similarities, etc.)
I think it is one of the few forms of art where it is more physical because it is a 3d object trying to portray something instead of a 2d image. Also I think I suck at it.
What will you do to help yourself stay organized this semester?
I have a planner that I put my upcoming HW in, which usually works out for me.
Having seen that ceramics can have all sorts of forms and surfaces, what might inspire YOU to make your work this semester?
I have no idea, I think that maybe sports or something like movies could inspire me, even though they seem like more a challenge to sculpt about.
What would you like to make or do with clay this semester?
Something for my parents maybe, but I don't care too much, although I hope it won't be too boring.
