Polaroid Collages

Purposes:

To continue to develop creative problem-solving skills by creating polaroid collages in a unique original way

To further develop your Photoshop knowledge and skills

One challenge that I faced during this project was having pieces of the image pop out of the Polaroids. It was difficult to crop a certain part of the image so it overlapped with the layers I wanted it to. However, by using the quick selection tool and quick mask mode, I was able to crop elements of the image to my desired state. A success that I had in this project was creating the polaroid outlines and placing them in just the right places. I believe that each polaroid in both images is important, as they all either have some overlapping to make them stand out, or they tie the rest of the image together by drawing attention to a central point of the photo.
