Welcome back! I hope everyone had a restful Winter Recess! Below you will find some of my favorite "Brain Break" activities to mix into your week. If you notice that you've been sitting still for a long time, turn one of these on to get your body moving again. Hopefully they'll inspire you to go move outside too!

***If you did last week's "Raining Tacos" warmup, here is a challenge for you! This is the "Raining Tacos" song played at normal speed, then 2 times faster, then 4 times faster, then faster, then faster. See if you can do the dance 10 times faster!
