Turning the Rope
To turn the rope, start with your hands down low, make a rainbow over your head. Remember to turn THEN step.

Red=Your skills are becoming more developed and you are beginning to understand the importance of patience, practice, and hard work
Brown=It's almost time to share your skills with others
Black=Obtaining the black belt is a daunting task. The black belt represents countless retry after retry, until the student is able to complete the necessary skills. A student who has achieved the black belt continues a never-ending process of self-growth acquiring new skills along the way. This student has achieved distinguished skills and is now prepared to help others.
