Description: Cybersecurity lays a foundation for understanding cyber law, ethical hacking, Linux, networking basics. risk assessment, incident response and digital forensics, and a variety of tools used in the cybersecurity industry.
You will also learn all the essential knowledge to begin a future in cybersecurity. We will also discuss cybersecurity career paths and how to further develop your skills in these areas. This class will also prepare students to take the CompTIA Security+ Exam.
At the end of this course, you will:

Description: This course places an emphasis on the principals of computer science with minimum programming. Creativity, abstraction, data, algorithms, security, internet, and problem solving are topics discussed in the course. Students will use python, the easiest programming language to implement certain skills. Students will become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and computation thinkers. This course will help students gain a competitive advantage in future careers. (10th grade recommended) but all grades can take this course.

Description: Students will learn to design, code, and test their own programs using the Java Programming language. They will apply mathematical concepts as well as programming concepts. They will learn complex algorithms, such as data structure, to create powerful programs. Recommended for those who enjoy critical thinking or problem solving. Course is better suited for those who have completed, Web Development 1, Computer Science Principles or have previous coding experience.
