Senior residents: please add de-identified rapid response cases from your night week experiences in a very informal format to the google doc below. Over time we will develop a repository/rolodex of real-life cases for learning. Other residents can then access the live google doc at any time for their own practice/simulations, add their own cases as they experience them, or to help guide teaching other residents on nights.
