Welcome to RMask

RMask from Rival5 is a phone-based caller ID masking solution purchased by UW Health for the use of providers and staff. Instructions are below.

• To access RMask, dial the Local RMask Access Number

• When prompted, enter the four-digit masking identifier that corresponds with the building/department you wish to mask your number with.

• Enter the User ID when prompted.

• Enter the associated access code when prompted. 

• Enter the destination number you wish to call, example for ANI/caller-ID readback: 877-521-2311

The call will begin ringing the destination number showing your chosen telephone number as the outgoing caller-ID.

Four-digit Site ID Masking Identifier:

• Belleville: 6061

• Northport Dr: 6048

• Verona: 6060

• Wingra: 6054

User ID: 555

Access Code / PIN: 0600

If no input is given within 30 seconds after being prompted for the four-digit masking identifier, the call will be disconnected.

There is a 6-hour time limit on any singe call placed using RMask. There is no limit on the number of calls you can make.

If you are using a smart phone you can create a speed dial to dial the Access Number and enter the Masking Identifier, User ID, and Access Code for you. See additional documentation for how to configure the speed dial on iOS (iPhone) or Android.
