It has been another busy week in the Art department, and it has been wonderful to see some of the children's projects completed.
As Cultural Heritage Month pulls to a close, it has been a delight to see Year 5 and 6's flag banners put up on display in the hall, for everyone to admire. This has been a celebration of the diverse range of cultures and backgrounds in the world. The children thoroughly enjoyed drawing, painting, and discussing the countries that we were painting.
Next term, I will be running a Year 3/4 Creative Space club, as well as a Year 5/6 Arts Masters club, which will give children the opportunity to explore new techniques. Please look out for the sign up available on SOCS, as there will be limited slots available.
Please scroll through the images below to enjoy some of the artwork that has been created this week.
Warmest regards,
Miss Beere
Head of Art
