Architectural Design – 0803 Full Year

1 Credit Grade 10 – 12

Prerequisite: Architectural Problems

This course is for the student who wants to further his/her knowledge and skills in the field of Architecture. Areas of study will include the planning and design of single family dwellings and small commercial buildings, and additional current topics in architecture. The creative and technical skills needed in order to accomplish this will be taught through the completion of detailed, scaled drawings and models relating to all phases of construction. Upon successful completion of this course, students will have designed and drawn a complete, finished set of working drawings for a house of their choice.
