The process of organizing a trip to paper rangers was a long one since we had to contact them and also allow them to let us visit their building during a time suitable for everyone. This trip was organized by the green hawks leaders, Nudee, Jin, Jimin, Ruby, and I, but it was also a separate trip so anyone could join. During our time at paper rangers, we learnt what the organization was about and how to make recyclable notebooks for children who need it. Furthermore, we used double sided paper for the notebooks, helping reduce the paper waste and global issues caused by it. After working collaboratively with paper rangers, we were able to make more than 50 notebooks for the children. This experience made me realize that we should be more cautious about the amount of paper we waste everyday and try to combat that being going eco-friendly and reducing the amount of paper used.
