The summer course at University of Hong Kong was terrifying at the beginning. It was my first time being alone in a place where I didn't know anyone. At the course itself, I was able to create friends and create our own business for the course. It was hard to come up with a brand new business plan from scratch but by putting all our heads together, we were able to come up with an app designed for parking spaces. After that, we broke down into three more subgroups : finance, marketing, and management. I was assigned to be the head of the finance department and it was hard to come up with accurate data for our future business. In the end, our presentation was successful and although we didn't win the mini competition, I learnt how important it is to collaborate in order to have a good time.
