Fitness Club (A)


1 – Identify your own strengths and develop areas for personal growth.

2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.

I first joined fitness club because I noticed my strength, or lack thereof. I identified in which areas I needed development in and decided joining this club would help me develop strength. I was never the type of person who would work out, I loathed exercising. But, IB taught me to be a risk-taker, which encouraged me to take a risk in working out. Soon I developed new skills that I didn't even know and tried out new fitness plans to achieve my goal. It was a tough and long process as my body wasn't accustomed to working out, but in the end it was worth.
