Flooring
Standard dark grey carpet is provided. Alternative colours can be purchased on our Partner Store
Own carpets are not permitted
Internet & Wi-Fi
Event-wide official Wi-Fi provided for all attendees
Use of all external network hardware such as routers, switches, access points, and MiFi devices are strictly forbidden
Ethernet cables are placed in the corner where walls meet unless otherwise specified

Electricity
Each stand includes 16 amp EU of power, except for 6m x 4m stands, which include three 16 amp EU, and 9m x 6m stands, which include four 16 amp EU. If your devices require additional power, please purchase extra kVA through the Partner Store by October 6. Not sure about your power needs? Contact the Partner Success team for assistance.
Web Summit strives to be a Zero Waste event as part of its 2030 Sustainability Strategy.
Single-use plastics are prohibited.
Abandoned non-recyclable waste incurs a €1000 fine.
Recycle cardboard and plastics daily.
1. Can I change my stand artwork?
Stand artwork cannot be changed after September 12, 2025. No exceptions.
2. Can I run activities outside my booth?
All activities must be confined to your allocated stand space.
3. Can I bring my own screen?
Yes, but mounting screens to stand walls is prohibited. If you are planning on bringing a screen, please let our Partner Success team know in advance.
4. What can I bring/not bring to my booth?
Bring:
+ Multi-socket power board
+ Laptop & charger
+ Thunderbolt/USB/HDMI adapters
+ Reusable water bottle
Don't bring:
+ Single-use plastics (e.g., flyers, plastic bottles)
+ Pop-up banners
+ Unauthorised Wi-Fi hotspots (e.g., MiFi devices)
