Step 1: Please read our artwork submission guidelines, and watch our guideline video
Step 2: Download your artwork graphics template suited to your stand size. This is what the designer must use to submit your artwork.
Step 3: Please submit your artwork before September 12. A form will be provided to you by the Partner Success team.

4m x 4m hanging banner template (This is a contractual benefit – please check if it's included in your current agreement. If it's not and you're interested in adding it for an additional cost, please contact your account manager to check availability and discuss your options.)

9m x 6m Stand Artwork – Templates for Download
Please download all the necessary templates for your stand artwork. The Storage room template has different variations—choose the one that applies to your setup.
Reference Layout: To better understand where each template is applied, please check the attached layout/download before proceeding. This will help ensure correct placement of your artwork.
Backdrop Template — Important Note: If you choose to mount the TV on the backdrop instead of the storage room, please specify the exact position of the screen, including precise dimensions of the 55" TV (123.21 cm x 70.88 cm).
Storage Room Template (Choose one)
TV Placement Rule:
You can have only one mounted TV. If you choose the Backdrop with TV, you must select the Storage Room without TV, and vice versa.

Our templates are made using Adobe Illustrator. The template is not accessible without this software. To make the most of your stand artwork, we recommend that a designer proficient in Adobe Illustrator work on it
Please make sure the following has been checked before submitting your artwork:
Logos and images have been embedded
All fonts and text has been outlined
High resolution imagine with a minimum of 72 dpi´s
Correct template for your stand size
Text is within the safe zone and has been proofed for spelling and grammar
Artwork reaches all the way to the bleedmarks
Each provided stand artwork template contains two art boards – one for each wall of the stand. It is highly recommended that your final artwork does not feature imagery, graphics or text that intersects across the walls. Due to printing alignment and processes, we cannot guarantee that these graphics would align perfectly
QR code information
QR code information
Your individual company QR code will be provided to you by your partner success team. If you choose to use the QR code provided by Web Summit, it must be placed in the allocated area highlighted in the template in order to meet accessibility requirements. If the QR code is placed incorrectly, it will be moved to the allocated position by Web Summit designers.
You are welcome to use your own generated QR code anywhere in your artwork. However, we recommend using the designated area to ensure your QR code is accessible to all attendees.

Note: If your stand artwork consists of dark colours, we recommend to explore an addition of spotlights to increase visibility. Spotlights can be purchased in the partner store once it is open.
