Our Attendee perks campaign gives our partners the opportunity to create an offer of their product or service which we will push out to all Web Summit attendees. Please submit your perk by 3 October 2025.

Simple Steps to Get Started:
Craft Your Offer: Design an irresistible offer —such as discount, free trial or credit— that adds value for our attendees.
Create Access: Set up a discount code or a dedicated landing page for attendees to avail the perk.
Submit Your Perk: Request a submission form from your Partner Success Team and submit by October 3rd.
Go Live: The Attendee Perks launches in October on our app and remains live until November 28th.

Push Notifications: Direct alerts to attendees on event days.
Lead Access & Insights:
Collect leads anytime - before, during, and after the event. Follow these steps to access your leads:
Ensure you have access to company scanning mode.
Go to your lead dashboard.
Click on ‘Email me full leads report.’
Download a comprehensive report on the number of leads generated, including names, emails, company info, and LinkedIn profiles (if provided by attendee).
Do:
Offer a high-value perk.
Ensure the perk is easily accessible via a discount code or landing page.
Clearly communicate any terms & conditions.
Don’t:
Limit the number of signups; your perk should be available to all attendees.
Make the offer a competition.
Web Summit partner policy: multi-perks and jobs board offerings
Each partner gets one perk and one jobs board listing.
Partners are responsible for creating a dedicated URL landing page, which may host a single or multiple perks/job opportunities from a multitude of associated parties.
Web Summit will send leads only to the direct partner associated with the landing page link.
Web Summit does not permit, or facilitate further lead distribution to third parties. The partner is solely responsible for collecting and managing all leads generated through their landing page, and these leads are not to be shared with other parties involved.
Every attendee perk offer presented on the landing page must include a discount, special offer, trial, or similar incentive.
All offers should be exclusive to Web Summit, and the landing page must be dedicated solely to these offers.
