FoodStory is the partner catering supplier for Web Summit 2025. A menu can be found here (Updated September 11th).

If you require catering services, please reach out to your Partner Success Manager and they will facilitate an introduction to the supplier. 

The deadline for all catering orders is October 10.

Please note: 

• Delta is our official Coffee partner for Web Summit. All coffee orders must go through our caterer, Food Story.

• Due to the size of 2m x 2m and 4m x 2m booths, happy hours or any alcoholic beverages are not available.

• Due to the size of 2m x 2m and 4m x 2m booths, barista coffee machines are not available.

• Catering services are not available for Masterclasses.

1. The organiser, or exhibitor assumes the responsibility in front of third parties for claims regarding the mentioned catering service exonerating LISBOA-FCE of any responsibility in this regard. In the case of not observing the legislation in force, the Exhibitor cannot offer this service in its stand. It is possible to close the stand by FIL

2. The preparation of food in the stand is forbidden (cooking, frying, roasting, etc.) and so is their supply to the visiting public if the preparation, conservation and supply of the products has not been carried out by companies authorised to provide these catering services.

3. Only the direct sale of drinks or foods will be authorised in the event that the division in sections of the Fair contemplates this possibility and as long as the products are delivered conveniently stored, packed and sealed in accordance with the legislation in force and are not consumed inside the FIL facilities.
