Submit your digital advert by October 10
Submit up to three 15-second adverts which will played across all tracks at Web Summit. The advert will play across all content tracks on all 3 days of the event.
Step 1 : Download the digital banner template to use as a guide. Please use this template. Do not create your own guides, edit or resize the safe zones
Step 2 : All text-based content must be inside the red line zones, with the video file filling the entire screen.
Step 3 : In this template, there is a recommended text size for titles and call to actions. This will ensure your message can be read from a distance at the event.
Step 4: When exporting your video, please name it in the following format - ConferenceNameYear_DigitalBanner_PartnerName.mp4 (e.g. WebSummitQatar2024_DigitalBanner_CompanyXYZ.mp4) .
Step 5 : Please submit your advertisement file before or on October 10.
Important to note :
Your video’s resolution must be 1200px (width) x 1600px (height) with a frame rate of 30 frames per second (fps). The video must be H.264 MP4 and we recommend a bitrate of at least 20Mbps.
The video must be 15 seconds long and have no audio.
Up to three advert files can be submitted.
If you submit up to three adverts they will be divided across all content tracks. If you have a preference for your adverts to played on a particular track please let your Partner Success Manager know.

All video advertisements are subject to review by Web Summit.
The scheduling of the adverts will be at the discretion of Web Summit.

We recommend avoiding oversaturation of text to allow attendees time to take in the message.
