The venue

Situated in Parque das Nações, Feira Internacional de Lisboa and Meo Arena are the home for Web Summit 2025 in Lisbon.

How to get to the venue

The venue is situated 3km away from Lisbon's International Airport - Aeroporto Humberto Delgado.

You can catch the Red Metro line (linha vermelha) directly from the airport and leave at Oriente stop.

Metro, Taxi, Uber or Bolt are great ways to move around the city. The city center of Lisbon is 10km away from the venue.

Collecting your accreditation (lanyard and wristband)

In order to gain access to Web Summit you will need to have a ticket for the event.

Once you have a ticket assigned, please follow the below steps :
Step 1. Download the Web Summit app and receive your personal QR code
Step 2. Register for the Event.
Step 3. Collect your lanyard and wristband at the indicated registration location.
Please note: You must present your QR code – found in the mobile app – and photo ID at registration in order to receive your accreditation.

Accepted photo ID:

valid passport
valid government-issued photo ID
valid driver’s licence.

Each ticket type has a specific lanyard so you can identify Partners, General Attendees, Startups and more at our event.

Our recommendations for a great registration experience

Inform your team in advance of our registration locations and opening hours. Remind them to check their mobile app for more information.
Only the individual assigned to the ticket can collect their lanyard and wristband. It is not possible to collect accreditation for multiple colleagues.
Don't forget to bring a form of ID to register
Register in advance of the show floor opening (Tuesday, November 11). Our registration area is open several days before the event.
There is a ticket support desk at registration should your team have any issues with the mobile app and tickets.
