Your event will be located at the Networking Receptions space in Pavilion 2 - This is a private area with no public flow during contracted hours.
The networking receptions area has capacity for 150 people.
The venue will be at your disposal for 90 minutes.

Your networking reception will be advertised in our mobile app. Only attendees from your selected industry will be able to see it.
Attendees can RSVP at the Web Summit App.
Due to GDPR, we cannot share the details of the attendees who RSVP 'Yes'. However, we can share the numbers.

We will provide cleaning for your networking reception.

One microphone and PA system, in case you want to do introductory remarks.
A TV will be at your disposal, together with an AV team to support you.
