Meetups provide an excellent opportunity to connect with attendees, enhance your networking efforts and drive meaningful engagement. As a partner, you have the opportunity to host an event that will be published and listed in our mobile app and schedule.
What’s Included
Event app listing: your meetup/event will appear in the Web Summit mobile app for targeted visibility.
Flexible formats: host your meetup at your stand (4m x 4m stands or above only), or an external venue (provided the event takes place outside of exhibiting hours).
Custom targeting: invite specific attendee segments based on ticket type, industry, job title.

One meetup per partner for the event.
Choose whether your meetup is visible to all attendees or a select group.
Events must be held at a specific time and location
Please provide a google maps link in the form if you are hosting an external event.
You can list either an external event, taking place outside of the main event opening hours, or you can list a meetup at your stand during the main event hours.
The meetup must be held at a specific time and location. For example: Coffee meetup at stand E100, 10:00-10:30.
The event must take place outside of the main venue. Please note, sourcing of the external venue and any costs associated with it, are a sole responsibility of the partner.
Please provide the capacity of the venue and an RSVP link in case attendees need to pre-register.
Please provide a google maps link in the form, clearly indicating the name of the venue.

Once submitted, the Partner Success team will review the content and approve your meetup/event or request further information.
Important to remember! Only one external event/meetup will be accepted per partner. External events must take place during the 10-13 of November.
Please note: This is a benefit in-kind and not a sponsorship activation. While we’ll support visibility, the success of the meetup and attendance levels remain the responsibility of the partner.
